Why can't you use a family practice doctor? When I was a child, we never saw any doctor other than the same GP that our parents saw, an ortho when my brother broke his arm and a dermatologist when I had rampaging poison ivy. (And believe it or not, when we kids all had mumps and chicken pox and when my grandmother was dying, the GP made house calls.)
