3% is not “massive layoffs.” That’s a barely noticeable haircut.

These WEF fucks are trying to keep the layoff headlines going so that everyone is glad to just have a job when they do not to get a pay raise this year. My CEO is pulling the same shit. Any layoff under 10% is for show.
