East Palestine 'ineligible' for FEMA help two weeks into train crisis

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced on Twitter on Thursday that he'd asked for help, but was told by FEMA that 'Ohio is not eligible for assistance at this time.'

Another alphabet that needs to go. Not sure ow many of you have had dealings with them but people in Louisiana have gone through hell with FEMA.
