How about suing the government for the way they handled it. The derailment was an accident. At that point the gov stepped in and took over. Everything that happened post derail was 100% gov fault.

You mean the fiery axle that was flaming for 20 miles?? Where was this train supposed to end up at is my question. It feels like the derailment was scripted to not get to a larger population center like say Pittsburgh.
