DEEP: Residue not connected to Ohio train derailment

Channel 3 received several photos and phone calls from viewers who questioned if a soot-like residue that accumulated on vehicles during recent rain was connected a train derailment in Ohio.

Seriously, OK dust, come on mfr, get something better than that. I live in Eastern Missouri and after the most recent rain, we don't have that shit. I think that weather man is full of shit, as usual.
