Going purely off of Daviest03 post above, Im assuming that said illegal alien trespasser was armed. In which case, this was a justified clapping. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 doll hairs. Dudes lawyer is gonna shellac the prosecutor in court if the illegal alien had an ar15. Stay strapped friends

I heard on the radio the day it went down an AK47. Badman was pointing an AK47. Even more reason to return fire, which rancher dude does not deny, but he fired his rounds to pass overhead as a warning. IMHO, Dead badman was capped by fellow bad guys. one question: where's the Ballistic report?
