I am literally dumbfounded. I don't have the patients to watch many long vids posted here (TBH), but this was impactful and emotional. It also left me w/ many questions.
Why would a non publicly traded business need a board, unless it's a C or S Corp and thus requires it (i honestly don't know). And how would these board members and their now obvious sub-standards be allowed to take seats given JO's obvious high standards. Did they act the righteous part until the time came to turn Brutus, or were they blackmailed, threatened and/or bribed to turn coat? TBH, his enemies have deep, deep pockets as well as political influence/power (Obviously, given the EffBeeEye's Gestapo manifesto).
I think it's also obvious that some or all of the board suffered the latter and had no choice (in their minds).
Regardless, this hits me like being run over by a truck. If PV were a publicly traded company, i would short the #@! out of it. They are finished. I would quit my career tomorrow to join James in his soon to be bigger and better iteration.
