This kind of sounds like "Hillary's emails can only be read by us, the news anchors, because you dummies would misconstrue things". Is that really why it couldn't be released to the public? If Tucker is the one releasing video, arent the J6 hysterics immediately gonna call it deceptively edited, deep faked, taken out of context etc?
