'Mass Casualty Incident' reported after explosion at Ohio metal plant

A large explosion at a metal manufacturing plant has set off a 'mass casualty incident' in Bedford, Ohio on Monday afternoon. A large plume of smoke can be seen coming from the plant.

There was debris. Engine components, seats, etc. https://news.yahoo.com/fact-check-airplane-debris-found-202313034.html It just ruins our credibility when we perpetuate ignorant falsehoods.
