i think this was an action by some compromised investors on the board to take him out. (they are so full of themselves and love the smell of their own farts) I think this was a plan rolling around in James' mind the entire time, we'll get to see something awesome come out of this bad move... maybe they really are running out of ammunition and are making the hail mary plays at this point... they are starting to drag out the alien card XD
