A CNN news journalist has been there for 5 days, never heard an explosion a shot or a siren until Joe Biden was in Keiv.

Surprisingly he came out and said this.

A newsman reported that was not an air raid siren but instead the siren to indicate the end of the shift in a nearby plant.

If it was an air raid siren it would not have been a single blast.
