Not necessarily. If they had insiders that knew batch numbers or lot numbers, they could literally profile as you walked in the door. A lot of people scheduled shots at their workplace where they are known or certainly the second shot is spaced out enough to research someone. Round one could target all the old people that cost more in government support. Next maga or gop. Politicians and celebrities get saline if they push poison to others. Nurse Karen can now be a god.
A friend of my ex, a public health nurse who eagerly wanted to give me the shot, openly touted how much she hated white men when we'd all hang out. She wanted to give me the shot in her home and, if I'm not mistaken, I thought that it had to be stored at sub-zero temperature with some cooling apparatus. So, as one would imagine, I'm a bit leery of what exactly was going to be in that syringe based on her absurd, baseless hatred of white men.
I never have thought this about anyone before in my life: but I hope she does time.
Bonus info: she had some ivermectin "for her dog" on her counter right as the whole thing started.

I don't think they had the organizational ability to do this, at least not on release.
A better argument would be that conservatives where compelled to take the shot to keep their jobs and so they targeted red states by area and demographic more. But ultimately if it comes down to your life or job it's up to the individual to make the right choice.
