I agree, the link that you put here goes to a suspended account. The one I did a search for on twatter came up as il Donaldo Trumpo................the URL is definitely different than yours though (https://twitter.com/PapiTrumpo). I think he started this one after the previous one was suspended and continues to be. THIS one is active.
