I am double-checking some of the information as I am able by looking at State Legislator session notes, Constitutional Convention notes, and State Constitution publications of Virginia, Missouri, Maine, and Arkansas. Some of these documents are available on Amazon, but others are hard to get and a bit expensive.
Time period of key documents are 1819 (Virginia Revised Code), 1820-1821 (events surrounding Missouri and Maine statehood), 1825 (Maine Const. publication), and 1835-1836 (events leading up to Arkansas statehood).
Still unable to verify South Carolina ratification date, but it looks like Ohio actually ratified it as a "date of ratification" was reported in historical documents.
