I don’t find it irritating, and text doesn’t express emotion well. It’s encouraging. But all of our Mods respond at times that others may not like because customers aren’t always right here. Sometimes a snap back, statement removal, or ban even, is warranted. Also human is as human does. No matter if it “appears” right or wrong, it is unavoidable.
