How about stop letting dogs and humans defecate and urinate on the damn sidewalks, alleys & streets? That'd take care of it, too!

Well, Let's be honest. Fecal bacteria causes myocarditis and heart attacks in young people and I heard that there is a new fecal bacteria strain that can even cause some people to die suddenly. Hopefully there will be a vaccine soon that fights bacteria.
