Thanks for that. Now, I see that it is a bill. Was it ever presented to the Senate and if voted on in the affirmative, was it sent to the president and signed?

I never said I believe it's true. I've been undecided because I do not know; have seen comments both for and against in places that I frequent. That good for ya?
