Well, that's one local council that for sure should be taken out by heavily armed men. Sometimes we aren't sure on these things but that is one that seems fairly certain.
They've banned guns and steak knives so the heavily armed men will be wielding butter knives.
FYI for those that arent aware; the 15min cities also are known as "smart cities"
Meanwhile they jet set all around the world on their private plane
Re: 15 minute cities
The big play right now is to consolidate cities & suburban areas and it's being done at an alarming rate. Blue state northeast here and my town over a few months suddenly had apartment complexes popping up in any available land on town outskirts. None of this went through town meeting, the projects literally just exploded simultaneously and it's the same story in surrounding towns. It falls under ease of access to mass transit. Even if your town does not have that if you are adjacent to a town that does you must have more accessible housing. And the inducement is state/federal grants. Don't do it, no money. This is move one.
Next will be tightening up zoning laws in rural areas and making it harder to impossible to improve property. IOW, if it is just land aws may change so that new building cannot occur and it must be kept as a "green space". You'll be able to use the land for recreation but not year round. Use will be restricted and limited to a certain number of non-consecutive weeks/months so the land can "recover". You'll still pay full taxes on it but legally you can't live on it. Your living options will be limited to cities & suburbs as defined above.
Once this is in play the crackdown on personally vehicle ownership. Miles per year restrictions, 5G/6G monitoring that cannot be shut off, CBDC, & social credit scores will all be a part of when your vehicle can be used. On top of that crushing insurance costs. It all factors into your cans & cannots. Where you live, how you travel, and what you buy. It's basically what's being pushed in China & Europe right now. In fact the whole idea is Eurocentric with an attempt to shoehorn in the rest of the world to fit. The US fares better because of our size and dispersed population. It's no surprise that blue states with big cities are moving the quickest because that is where it is the easiest to do it.
But what about everywhere else?
