I've spent the last 2 days down this rabbit hole, and have yet to find anything related to any Health services of the U.S. Govt. being ran by the D.O.E. Maybe I'm writing too much into this, but of all the agencies teeming in the U.S.bureaucracies, it seems the D.O.E. would be as far removed from this type research as Xiden is from reality. I'd love to hear if anyone knows why it was them.
