On Monday the U.N. released a report on solar radiation modification, saying the "speculative group of technologies" needs formal study and governance rules.

I think that Bill Gates has a plan somewhere to build a giant space mirror to reflect the suns light back on itself.

As if that’s not crazy enough about 12 years ago George Osborne ( former UK chancellor and bum boy of Jacob Rothschild) was going around talking about the wonders of graphene and how we could build literally a jacobs ladder into space with this marvellous material.

Looking back it looks like they have double meanings- graphene being the saviour of humanity / earth ( the elite) from us.
