On Monday the U.N. released a report on solar radiation modification, saying the "speculative group of technologies" needs formal study and governance rules.

Global warming!?!?! Hah! Ask the people in the Los Angeles blizzard! AZ is having the coldest winter in years as well, also heavy daily chem trail spraying. All manipulated IMHO.
