On Monday the U.N. released a report on solar radiation modification, saying the "speculative group of technologies" needs formal study and governance rules.

Most of Earth's history the CO2 concentration was up in the thousands of parts per million, and the planet was loaded with life. More plants (food) grow when there is more CO2.
