Why did Trump go from calling Ron DeSantis “DeSanctimonious” to “Desanctus”.

What is meant by “DeSanctus”? A sanctus is a hymn but that doesn’t make much sense.

Sanctus is Latin for holy. Sanctimonious is that kind of holier-than-thou righteousness. De is about, from or concerning. Desantis is, I believe, the Italian version of Desanctus (Latin).
