Mike REALLY didn't want to be filmed with the boot on the other day. Too bad, as if anyone will be considering what he wants. I also suggest he take it very seriously. Jeb told himself "It's ok, Daddy just has to wear a boot for awhile...we just have to play ball while Daddy answers a few questions." Next thing he knew, he was gasping for air at Daddy's funeral. Anyone in a position to get a boot had better take them very seriously.
