One reason I always used to eat meat is because you need less of it than eating plants or fruits to sustain your body.
But lately I'm trying to take animals out of my diet. Just an experiment to see how my body and brain functions without it. I feel nothing special except craving after meat. Just like if you were addicted to sugar or beer and what not.
I'm also seeing many people debating that in the bible God says that fruits are our meat. Others are saying that God only allowed us to eat meat after Adam and Eva sinned.
So what do you think yourself is eating meat a sin or is veganism the latest psyop?
No I'm not eating ze bugs!..
I started looking into the anti-veganism community on YouTube back in 2020, the community is majority people who use to be hardcore vegans for years, some most of their lives. They quit because due to sickness from lack of proper nutrients, some had severe anemia, brain fog, fatigue, constant hunger, fertility issues, and other issues from lack of vitamins that only animal food products have.
Meat and other animal byproducts are more bioavailable to our bodies, meaning we absorb the nutrients from animals more than plants, about 20% compared to plants less than 1%. Which is why vegans have to eat large amounts of plant foods to equal out to what you can get to a small portion of meat. Meat protein will always be superior because we don't have to eat much of it to get the protein and it's also a complete protein compared to plant protein which lacks proper amino acids and has to be eaten in large quantities because of the lack of bioavailability percentage. Meat iron (heme iron) and plant (non-heme iron) are also not the same, you can't absorb plant iron without meat iron.
So, my opinion on veganism is that's it's okay temporary, if you're detoxing from a standard American junk food diet. Obviously, you'll feel great for a bit, maybe even a few years and then once the nutrients from the animal products your body had stored are depleted you'll start getting sick.
You can accomplish a proper detox from junk food by just eating a balanced whole food diet, that includes meat, a simple carb, and vegetable. Meals don't have to be complicated.
Another thing to take into account is the fact that globalist are pushing veganism. That's a huge sign it's most likely not good.
As for what it says in the Bible, I'm not very religious, but the biggest thing I do believe in is nature and I'm going to listen to what my body needs. I do believe that animal meat is the true superfood, especially organ meat. Since, I started consuming more meat and organ meat, I don't get sick...like at all.
