The meme of Milley is incorrect. He has a CIB (Combat Infantry Badge) for actual combat. They only give those out to Colonel and below, so he has seen some action, In fact, he was in two separate actions because he has a star on his CIB. Milley is also Ranger tabbed as well as Special Forces. SO whatever dickhead he might be now, he was at one time a bad ass
