So far he's talked about and showed "The Qanon Shaman" being escorted by Capitol Police everywhere he went. They opened doors for him and did not treat him as a threat.

We all knew this was the case and regardless of what we think about the goof, he didn't break, damage or steal anything and was under police supervision and presumably had their permission the whole time.

The last segment was about Epps working for the feds. He texted his nephew claiming he "orchestrated" the storming of the Capitol. He was interviewed and claimed he didn't ever go in so he's innocent. He also said he left just after sending the incriminating text but footage shows he remains at the Capitol.
