They probably have kuru - Hillary's symptoms were a dead match. So they're sick AND evil.

I do always hate seeing evil people being described as "crazy" though....and you do see quite a bit of that online, because their behavior is unfathomable to decent people...but no. The Cabal and their minions aren't crazy. They're evil, cunning, and in control of their faculties.
