Not saying he won't, but the phrase "My fellow Americans" is something only a President is likely to say imho.

Elon is too flippant to be given this privilege, people wouldn't take it with the seriousness it warrants.

Even if musk says it will carry no weight. It’s known he lurks here and he is a master trollsman. Anyone could say that at any time just to fuck with us even him. It will carry no weight. It has to come from trump.
