Six-year-old who shot teacher won’t face charges, setting precedent

A 6-year-old who allegedly shot his elementary teacher in the hand and chest in January will not face charges, the prosecuting attorney in the case announced Wednesday.

This kid will be in a different school away from that community with a sealed record for the rest of his life. Wherever he winds up, I bet no one would know. Even if the administration knows, they won’t let teachers and parents know. I speak from experience.
