Six-year-old who shot teacher won’t face charges, setting precedent

A 6-year-old who allegedly shot his elementary teacher in the hand and chest in January will not face charges, the prosecuting attorney in the case announced Wednesday.

This is one of those DUH headlines. Of COURSE they will not charge a 6 year old with a crime. The better question is will they charge the parents or the incompetent school administration with crimes.

The 6-year-old who shot a classmate in Flint, MI in the 80s spent the rest of his childhood in juvenile detention system.
