I have a solution..if you don't want to fire POC then don't hire them..that'll solve all of your problems..oh wait..but then you'll be called racist for not hiring them..and also racist FOR hiring them knowing you might some day need to fire them.

Stop with the woke virtual signaling crap. If anyone tries to gaslight you on race then simply say. We don't hire by color nor fire by color..they're all just people...we hire people and sometimes we need to fire those same people when Biden's economy forces us to do so.
