Anyone have a source for this video talking about 3 generals that wanted to do a coup during Obama's admin but waited for Trump to make it official?

A video was posted on this Telegram but I can't tell who is talking because the video is so small so I don't know if its even remotely trustworthy.

Thanks, I was able to find the source video.

He's just an author though, I don't know anything about him so that doesn't add any credibility to the statements.

See my reply to the post. Yes he was an author and commentator, not an insider. But he did amplify the message for a time. So a bit player in the GA, like many others.
