It is an F-16 and part of the USAF Thunderbirds. They were recently in Florida performing for the Daytona 500. When they are at air shows, they often put out contrails of red, white and blue smoke. This was a salute to the people on the beach, nothing more. This plane is way too low to be emitting chemtrails.
