Question about the feds move today to rescue the SVB depositors

I am wondering if this move to protect all depositors of SVB by the fed and essentially putting fourth a plan to protect all depositors both the insured and uninsured has and patriot fingerprints on it anywhere. Does anyone know or was this all solely done by the deep state?

I think SVB had a lot of DS players/investors.
