I find it hard to believe that anything short of an asteroid could penetrate 400 feet into the ground and then have enough explosive energy to penetrate a hardened shelter. I have no idea of the geology of the region but it’s probably a good call that that it is mined into bedrock and not buried in topsoil, making penetration more unlikely. All IMHO.
