I'm somewhere between a 7 and 8 a lot of the time because I've been going through a lot of stuff but I'm trying to make it to at least a 3 someday

Keep your eyes on Jesus, attending Bible, believing church, read the Bible daily, go to a good weekly Bible study. I have found that those things really lift my mood.
