It's not "..wrong. Period" in many countries around the world. It may be wrong morally, but it's not wrong legally. They cut the heads off infidels in many Islamic countries. Freedom of religion is only guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution. As much as people love to claim that their rights come from God, the U.S. government is the sole arbiter of what U.S. citizens' rights are and are not. The feds can take away peoples' rights just as surely as they can grant rights. We are seeing just how far people like DeSantis are willing to go to prove it.
