HB1469 (https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2023-24/Pdf/Bills/House%20Bills/1469-S.E.pdf?q=20230313154128) would make Washington a sanctuary state for children or parents with Transhausens by Proxy going there for gender destroying care.

The bill would protect children as young as 13 from their parents; doesn't matter if they've run away for mental health care, facial reconstructive surgery, hormones, puberty blockers like Lupron, etc.

The kids could be housed anywhere and HB1469 would make it legal for WA courts to disregard outside courts' requests for any documentation concerning these minor children.

There's a public hearing for this one on March 16, so make your voices heard.

Note: this bill is designed to work in conjunction with others already passed or on the docket to effectively steal children on behalf of the state.

This one allows anyone or group to set up gender affirming housing where the minor child - again, as young as 13yrs old - would be protected from parental inquiries or retrieval, essentially making it so kids can run away and transition for free in Washington state.

So, for example, if Planned Murder, Inc., now the biggest supplier of hormones for transitioning, were to open gender-affirming shelters? Yeah, now kids would have a place to be fed, sleep, & shower, etc., while immersed in lunacy, and SB5599 makes it legal.

Don't let this bill pass, Washington.

Next up: how already passed bills SB5904, SB5313, and SB5889 play into stealing children.

SB5904 (https://app.leg.wa.gov/billsummary?BillNumber=5904&Year=2019) made it so government schools could offer mental health services to kids 13-17 without parental consent in Washington state.

And aaaaaand they bring in a therapist so meds can be prescribed legally. Even better, because it's law that children need affirmed, if said child mentions a basic symptom of puberty like feeling like they don't belong? That's an opening for TransSuggestion under the guise of it solving all the child's problems, aka puberty.

Oh, best of all? The parents aren't told. And it's legal. So child gets medicated and the decent into madness begins. Hormones, puberty blockers (aka chemical castration meds), and then SSRIs, sedatives, etc., when the madness has them wanting to drop the transition.

Keep this in mind when reading the other bills because they're all connected. This is way beyond everyday, garden-variety evil.

And now, we visit the already passed SB5313 (https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2021-22/Pdf/Bills/Senate%20Passed%20Legislature/5313-S2.PL.pdf?q=20230313135447) which states that health carriers must cover gender-destroying surgeries to children - say it with me - who are only 13-17yrs old.

So, any parent who doesn't immediately affirm their child's grooming? Kid can run away to Washington and transition, including surgeries, as young as 13yrs old.

I'm talking facial reconstruction (which is major surgery), shaving the apple down, fillers/botox, hair removal, hairline reconstruction, along with the double mastectomy or penectomy, etc. If a kid can think of it, somewhere there's a doc that'll promise them whatever it takes to get the insurance payout.

Nope. This is the one that allows anyone, say Scheduled Murder Inc., the biggest supplier of hormones & puberty blockers nationally, to set up houses under the guise of gender destroying care, so kids 13-17 would be fed/clothed/have a bed/etc., if their family doesn't affirm their choices.

Of course, it also moves running away into the viable option column instead of the gut check it used to be. It used to be where would a kid sleep if they ran away? Now the DS makes it easy. Neat.

And as long as the housing provider does the annual wellcare check, all will be fine and they'll keep getting financed.

The lesson to take from this is Team DS has weaponized the system so it's imperative we familiarize ourselves with the dockets for our states and then learn about what's on there to ensure the weaponization of the system against families is stopped pronto.

Previous to this the only way parents had to stop outside influence on their children was to cancel their medical insurance. Now the fine state of Washington is going to be paying. I wonder how long tax dollars for gender is going to fly.
