I need, respectfully ask for, any of you that pray regularly to include my Daughter, Son in law and their baby. He was born 2 weeks ago, 6 weeks premature, and is still in the NICU. Overall, my grandson is fine but still having dips in O2 level or heart rate. Each time, they extend his stay 5 more days. It's really starting to beat them down and I'm praying they have the strength to withstand this and my grandson has the strength to overcome. My knees are worn out, I need help!

My friends had a 2.9 oz baby boy and he did just fine after being in the nicu for about 2 months. He’s a 10 month old now and I saw him recently and is the happiest little dude with no delays or medical issues. So.. hopefully, that encourages you because miracles never cease and a lot of it has to do with the baby being able to feed properly. Idk any more details than what you offered but that was the case with my friend’s baby and they started letting other family members go sit with him so they could get breaks. Is that an option? I bet fatigue has a lot to do with your daughter and SIL and perhaps they need some R&R. But I will pray, as I did for my friends because it probably could be the most stressful thing. It seems you would feel powerless, at the mercy of the medical staff and all you want to do is be home as a family. Just remember, God is with them and holding that precious child tightly in His arms.
Nothing like the good vibes of a positive experience. Thank you and God bless
