Tinnitus-Does anyone know if this is a side effect of the vax and more importantly if there is a cure?

My brother took the vax and now has tinnitus. I recommended to him a complete detox but to do that what would you recommend he do to achieve this? Ivermectin? Certain vitamins and supplements? Anyone here have success treating this condition? Thank you in advance!

Nuts to those other replies. Tell him to quit putting weird shit in his body, that's how he got there in the first place. Eat healthy. Exercise. Get some sun. It will heal. Hopefully.
