I read the article through and I did not find that chickenpox is in fact related to this pox family virus...in fact...after doing some reading I found this...
"Chickenpox is a part of the herpes family of viruses, which is not related to the poxvirus family that includes mpox and smallpox. The same virus that causes chickenpox, the varicella-zoster virus, also causes shingles."...and I found that these also are not related to the herpes Simplex 1 and 2 virus.
I actually have purchased Sarracenia Purpurea homeopathic form back when there was discussion of possible small pox reoccurring...
My materia medica states Sarracenia Purpurea is for the treatment of variola...so I would be interested to see if any homeopaths recommend treating chickenpox with Sarracenia Purpurpea.
I purchased from both Thompson's in Canada and Hahnemann Labs out of California. I think Helios.co.uk carries it as well now. I purchased potencies in 30c and 200c.
I unfortunately purchased liquids and I am not 100% sure how to use them...I made my original homeopathy kit so I have used mother tinctures for this in the past...I think that is whatI have. Did you purchase pellets or globules...not liquid??? I have some globules on hand I can potentize...I think tha tis what I need to do...have you ever used the liquid mother tinctures?
The cure for chickenpox (& cowpox, monkeypox, smallpox etc) grows wild over the eastern 2/3s of North America:
