Is this still in effect or was it replaced by the UCMJ?

If Constitution is suspended right now, the Law of War and UCMJ is in effect. Not conclusive to me that this is the case, but i give it 65% probability that US declared war on CCP in March of 2020, suspended Const, and went into a devolution state.
