I have a bottle of each. Do you take them together? Don’t you need to take on an empty stomach? Do you think bedtime is the best time to take??? I haven’t started them yet because I’ve had such an erratic schedule. Thanks for any thoughts you can pass on. ☘️

Yes we take both together on an empty stomach. Empty stomach first thing in the morning then wait at least an hour before eating or you waste your enzymes they’re just digesting your food
