The mention of [unseal] suggest this is relating to a sealed indictment. Therefore I doubt this has anything to do with president Trump oft announced but yet to be arrest. But of course I could be wrong.

But, what if Trump has been investigate too for optics? What if the military is waiting on Trump to be arrested by the ds on bogus charges sponsored by another country (treason?) Lots of reasons why Trump might be the first arrest.
