I don't understand doing this. The government already has your money, it has been withheld from your paychecks all year. When you file, you are only filing so you can get your refund. Unless I misunderstand something?

We have a small business. We owe every year. We file an extension every year. I need time to get everything together and our tax preparer has more time in the summer too.
