How can a STATE AG bring FEDERAL charges against Trump. Is that even legal?

Simple. Democrats are allowed to do anything they like. Pay off student loans, force vaccine mandates, send your money to Ukraine and the support of climate change and ESG. ...

And what are republicans allowed to do? They are only allowed if they support Dems plans.

The separation of powers is... Democrats win, everyone else can 'jog on'.
