Pretty sure they're talking about the passing of the torch of world super power, from the British Empire to the USA and now we're being replaced with China / Russia.

If we had Trump, then America would have remained the dominant super power, but our leaders are literally owned by China right now, they're making sure we're concerned with stupid shit whilst the power shift takes place unopposed.

Don't worry, I'm sure the new Military Branch - The Transgendarmy, tasked with cutting our dicks off and turning them into Pussy Pockets, and creating the Ministry of Zipper Tits, will be almost as good as being a super power.
