If this is an attack on the food supply, it is a worthless attack. In the past few years, the State's reservoirs were so low, farmers were denied their water allotment needed to irrigate crops, so they couldn't grow crops. Now with all the reservoirs full, they will be able to irrigate again and grow massive amounts they had not been able to grow in the past few years. Some low lying farms were flooded and lost their spring plants. Once the farm dries out, they will replant.
