It should be a slam dunk since the signature verification was so bad... there are way more than enough that should be tossed... but lawless officials will just alter or destroy or refuse access ... and if they cannot look then the evidence doesn't exist in their eyes... even if it does exist it won't matter. Will just say it was all blind people or disabled, or people forgot to sign and cured it after, or who knows.
